Dimitrios Zahariadis, aka "The Cocktail Chemist" has been in the food service industry for 20 years of which 14 of those have been spent behind the bar. This site will feature libations created by the "Cocktail Chemist" and many that he himself has indulged in once or twice I'm sure.
